As part of the MIDIS DE LA CV lecture series, organized by the Visual Communication Department for the Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication, we are pleased to welcome Alicia Dubuis.

Alicia Dubuis is a photographer and art director based between Paris and Geneva. With a background in graphic design, she draws inspiration from mid-20th-century cinema and Brutalist architecture to create compositions that are both bold and delicate.

Her practice, which spans still life and fashion, explores color, texture, and the balance between minimal lines and deep hues. She also incorporates various printing and collage techniques into her photographs.

Her work has led to editorial and commercial collaborations with Hermès, M Le Monde, T Le Temps, Kinfolk, L'Artisan Parfumeur, and Henry Jacques.
